From 1995 until 1998 he served as teaching assistant of the VLSI design undergraduate laboratory of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department (University of Patras) as well as a supervisor of diploma theses on design and modeling of VLSI circuits.

From 2005 until 2007, he was with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of University of Thessaly as an adjunct professor, teaching the Embedded Systems course of the post-graduate program of the department (spring semester).

From April 2008 until May 2019, he was with the Electrical Engineering Department of Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) of Western Greece, teaching the Analog Electronics and Measurements Technology (Sensors) undergraduate courses. He was also supervising last-year students' theses on electronics and sensors.

Starting from June 2019 he is a professor at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of University of the Peloponnese, teaching  the Digital logic design, Analog electronic circuits, Measurement systems and Sensors, VLSI Systems courses. In addtion, he is the co-advisor for three Ph.D. students of the department.

From 2007 until 2011 as well as from 2018 until now, he is with the Hellenic Open University (School of Science and Technology) as a tutor for the postgraduate course Fundamental Specialization in Computer Architecture & Computer Networks and for the undergraduate course Digital Systems.

Within the context of his collaboration with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of University of Thessaly he was the co-advisor for two Ph.D. students of the department, and currently he is a co-advisor for one more Ph.D. candidate.

Within the framework of the ESPRIT project MEDCHIP he was a lecturer in seminars on VLSI design. In addition, he participated in the European training projects INTRALED and ANTITESYS were training courses and small research projects were implemented.
