The platform supports business connectivity at B2C level through Booking.com's Airport Taxis service, as well as at B2B level through the Hotelbeds platform, for collaboration with travel agencies and tour operators. The system implements automation mechanisms for core functions, such as booking management, route assignment, driver and customer notifications, and real-time transfer execution monitoring. It also includes algorithmic route assignment support (smart dispatch) utilizing artificial intelligence technologies, aiming for optimal vehicle allocation and reduction of traveled distances, through a mobile application for drivers.
